Elenore Sturko
Elenore Sturko was first elected as the MLA for Surrey South in 2022 and elected as the MLA for Surrey-Cloverdale in 2024.
Elenore began her professional journey in the television broadcasting industry, starting at CFJC Television in Kamloops. In 2007, Elenore transitioned to public service, joining the Canadian Armed Forces as a reservist in the Royal Canadian Air Force in Yellowknife and Northwest Territories. In 2009, Elenore joined the RCMP, initially serving in Langley. She transferred back to Yellowknife in 2012, where she worked as a frontline police officer and later as a community policing and media relations officer. In 2018, Elenore transferred back to Surrey serving as a media relations officer and in frontline policing with the Surrey RCMP.
Elenore lives in Surrey with her spouse Melissa and their three young children.
