Spencer Chandra Herbert

Spencer Chandra Herbert was first elected as the MLA for Vancouver-Burrard (now Vancouver-West End) in 2008. 

Spencer is the Minister of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. Spencer previously served as the Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport. 

Prior to becoming an MLA, Spencer was an award-winning artist and performing arts producer and was an elected Vancouver Park Board Commissioner from 2005 to 2008. 

Off the clock, Spencer can be found singing karaoke, riding his bike, and getting into BC's beautiful wilderness with his husband Romi and son Dev.
